Product Description

The stainless steel belt cooler consists of double rollers,stainless steel belt conveyor,  flake material crusher, water spray cooling, and running gear. The hot-melt material extruded by the extruder is rolled into a 1-2mm thick strip by the rollers and cooled with water.  During the conveying process, cold water is sprayed onto the back of the steel belt by nozzles, ensuring an even distribution of the cooling water, which allows the material to cool evenly into a solid state and break into flakes that fall into the material hopper. The cooling water does not come into contact with the substances in the cooling system. The uncontaminated cooling water can be recycled or discharged without causing environmental pollution.
